Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the website.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided whenever available.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability, packaging requirements, or logistics considerations.

Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Incorrect Address Information

Mirletta cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occur.

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Delivered Packages

Orders are considered successfully delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Mirletta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
